The Golden Globes has seen a fashion makeover with numerous stars rocking out to sparkly dresses.

If there was ever a time for bling I am going to have to say it is 2015.

Dakota Johnson, Reese Witherspoon and Diane Kruger were just a few of the celebrities who rocked the red carpet in sparkles. The way they portray themselves is with elegance and class and not one bit of tackiness.

If you are going to be bold and wear sparkles the key is not to overdo accessories and makeup. Make a statement with the dress. A simple hair do and basic makeup are key to keeping classy.

Julianne Moore: Julianne led a parade of silver in custom Givenchy Haute Couture by Riccardo Tisci. Her sequins faded to black and a cascade of feathers at the bottom.

British beauty Kate Beckinsale was channelling high octane glamour in her customised Elie Saab gown that featured a silver crystal-encrusted bodice.

Diane Kruger was flying the flag for British fashion in a silver sequinned dress by Emilia Wickstead, one of the Duchess of Cambridge’s favourite designers.

Also sparkling at the prestigious awards ceremony was Reese Witherspoon, who wore a silver, figure-hugging Calvin Klein dress. The actress finished off her Hollywood glamour look with side-swept waves.
