Ever wondered what the secrets are behind Kate Upton’s hod body?
Kate dished the dirt to the London Evening Standard and explained what’s important to her with body image.
“For me it’s about being strong, having the strength to work ten-hour days, and eating healthily,” Upton tells the publication.
A normal day in the life of Kate Upton consists of:
- Breakfast, 7 AM:Scrambled eggs (one white, one whole) with spinach and green tea.
- Snack, 10 AM:10 raw almonds and a green juice.
- Lunch:Quinoa with herb-crusted grilled chicken and grilled vegetables.
- Snack, 4PM:Protein bar.
- Dinner, 7PM: Sashimi or a kale salad with grilled salmon and cashews.
Kate did manage to spill the beans on a slight change in diet before a movie scene or bikini shoot. Upton is a fan of doing a 48 hour juice detox to get the stomach perfectly flat.
Kate also has body insecurities like most women around the world. “Well, I am and I’m not insecure at the same time. Every person has insecurities. But this is the body I was given, I appreciate it and I try to take care of it every day as best I can, but I always enjoy my life. So I’m not going to let my insecurities stop me from enjoying life.”
