Amanda Bynes is on the psycho mobile again and this time she is attacking Perez Hilton!

She posted a photo on Instagram of Perez Hilton comparing him to a monkey and captioned the photo “Why does @PerezHilton make his bio sound like its run by actual people that actually work for him? Because he’s actually too poor for that; he only makes money off of selling lies. He’s a terrible example for the gay community. Because of this his penis has shrunken into a vagina.”
